General FAQ
The game states for 2 or more players. We suggest that no more than six players play
the game at one time. Having said this, nothing prevents you from teaming up which
would allow for even more people to get a chance to play. The more the merrier!
Yes and no. If your kids are over 8 years old (which is the suggested age), then yes.
They can play along with the adults, who they will probably beat! If your kids are
under the recommended age, it might be difficult for them to keep up and follow the
rules.
Yes, (will copy/paste from e-commerce app/provider about security measures)
I would say yes, but that must be determined once the commerce page has been set up.
The rules for Islandsopoly are straightforward and a copy of the rules can be found HERE
Some people play the Islandsopoly game according to their own "house rules." A
common example is placing Value Added Tax money on Free Parking. It’s your game
and if everyone agrees, have fun, and make rules that make playing the game more
enjoyable for you and your group.
The official rules do not allow for such variations.
Islandsopoly sets have the same amounts and types of equipment. ALL games should
have at least:
1 game board
1 box (whether it's separate or holds the board)
Playing tokens 6 or 8?
2 dice
32 houses (all games should have AT LEAST 32 houses).
12 hotels (all games should have AT LEAST 12 hotels).
16 Feeling Lucky Cards
16 Black Beards Chest Cards
A title deed for each property for sale (28 total)
$15,140 in money.

Rules FAQ
Free Parking means free parking. You do not get any money for landing on Free
Parking. Also, all payments required by Blackbeard’s Chest and Feeling Lucky cards
go to the Bank, not to the center of the board. Gasp!
The official rules are pretty clear on this one. You get $200 salary for passing GO
(unless you’re on your way to jail). There is no specific bonus for landing on the GO
space, so you don’t collect an extra $200.
However, some house rules do allow this bonus. The extra $200 for landing on GO is
never used in tournament play.
Again, the official rules are clear. Free Parking is just that — a space that lets you take
a break from rents, collections, etc. No fees or bonuses are related to Free Parking.
However, some house rules do for different Free Parking bonuses, such as $500, or
the receipts from other penalties, such as Jail and Value Added Tax. Although fun,
these bonuses tend to prolong the game rather than shorten it. Free Parking bonuses
are never used in tournament play.
